Terms of service.

GroupMerch (GetGroupMerch.com) lets you design custom merchandise for a group event, collect sizes and payments from your group through a share link, and have the finished products printed and shipped. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You sign in with an email magic link: there's no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone with access to your inbox can access your GroupMerch account. You must be at least 18 to place an order.

When you add other people's names, sizes, emails, phone numbers, or addresses to an event (or share a link that asks them to provide those), you confirm you have their permission to do so. Guest information is used only to fulfill that event's orders and send related updates, as described in our privacy policy.

Prices are shown per item before checkout; shipping is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. An order is placed when payment completes, and because products are custom printed, it enters production shortly after.

Custom-printed items can't be returned or exchanged, but misprints, damage, and defects are always covered. See shipping & returns.

You keep ownership of artwork you upload and may use designs created with our tools for your event and personal purposes. You give us the license we need to print your design on your order, show it in your event's previews, and store it while your event is active.

By submitting any text or image (a slogan, a theme, printed text, or an uploaded file), you represent and warrant that you own it or have the rights needed to print it on merchandise. The following are not allowed in any design:

• Trademarked brand names, logos, or slogans (fashion houses, beverage brands, and similar);
• Sports team names, league marks, or university marks;
• Copyrighted artwork, characters, song lyrics, or franchise references;
• A real person's name, image, or likeness used without their permission, including celebrities and public figures;
• Content that is unlawful, hateful, or harassing.

Our tools screen for common protected terms, but that screening is a courtesy, not a clearance: responsibility for the content you submit stays with you. We may decline to print, remove, or cancel content that violates this section (with a refund if the order hasn't entered production), and you agree to cover costs we incur from claims arising out of content you submitted.

If you believe a design on GroupMerch infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated copyright agent at info@getgroupmerch.com with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL or order identifying the allegedly infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder, and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We respond to complete notices by removing or disabling the material and notifying the user who submitted it.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the material identified, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of your U.S. federal district court.

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Design previews are close representations, not pixel-perfect promises: printed colors can vary slightly from what a screen shows. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
