Build the collection
Pick products, a design, and per-product group colors. Set the bundle each guest gets: full kit or à la carte.
Share one link
Drop it in the group chat. Each guest claims her name from the roster (or adds herself), picks sizes, and enters her info.
Everyone pays their share
Guests check out individually: card, no app downloads. Paid names lock so nobody double-claims a spot.

Three ways to handle the money
Every group splits differently. Pick the mode that matches yours.
"Everyone pays for their own"
The default. Each guest pays for her own bundle at her own checkout; shirts ship to the organizer or to each guest.
"I'll front it, they pay me back"
The organizer pays upfront and every guest gets an automatic payment link for her share, with polite automated reminders instead of awkward texts.
"Order locks when everyone's paid"
Set a deadline; the group order submits itself the moment the last guest pays. Nobody fronts money, nothing prints half-committed.

How do I collect T-shirt sizes from a big group?+
Send the link: each guest picks her own sizes per product on her own phone. No screenshots of size charts in the chat, no spreadsheet, no transcribing texts.
What happens if someone never pays?+
Automatic reminders nudge unpaid guests by email (capped, so nobody gets spammed). The dashboard shows exactly who's outstanding, and depending on your mode the order can wait for them, drop them, or you can cover them.
Does the group need to download an app?+
No. The link opens in any browser and checkout is a standard card payment. The organizer gets a dashboard; guests just tap, pick, pay.
Can guests ship to their own addresses?+
Yes, in "everyone pays for their own" mode, each guest enters her own shipping address at checkout. Scattered groups get their shirts before anyone travels.
