Payment collection, reminders, and fulfillment are included; shipping is $8.99 flat and free over $199. No minimums, no subscriptions.

Choose your ordering mode. You can pay upfront and send reimbursement links, let guests pay themselves, or collect everyone's payment before the order is placed. We track who's paid and send reminders automatically.

No minimums: order for 2 people or 40, the per-item price is the same. Larger sizes (2XL and up) cost the same as standard sizes too.

Email support@getgroupmerch.com a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it free, no need to send anything back. Because every item is custom-printed for your group, we can't accept returns for size preference, so double-check everyone's sizes before ordering. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Most orders arrive within about two weeks: printing takes 2–7 business days and delivery another 3–8. During busy periods allow up to 3 weeks. We show a delivery estimate at checkout, and you get tracking as soon as it ships. If your event has a hard date, order early.

Fulfillment is print-on-demand. We submit your order and route it to suppliers that minimize split shipments, then share tracking with you. Shipping is a flat $8.99 and free on orders over $199.
