Privacy policy.

From organizers: your email address (your account), event details you enter (name, destination, dates, group size), your design prompts and artwork, and a shipping address when your order ships to you.

From guests: the name, size selections, and ( depending on the ordering mode) email, phone, and shipping address entered on the order form, or entered on their behalf by the organizer.

We never see or store card numbers. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

To run your event: printing and shipping orders, collecting payments and tracking who's paid, sending transactional emails (confirmations, payment reminders, shipping updates), and providing support. Guest information is used only for the event it was entered into: we don't market to your guests, and we don't sell anyone's data.

We use a small set of service providers to run GroupMerch:

• A payment processor (Stripe): card details go directly to them; we never see or store card numbers.
• Print-and-ship production partners: receive the names and shipping addresses needed to deliver orders.
• Database, authentication, and hosting providers: store account and event data and serve the website.
• An email delivery service: sends transactional emails like confirmations and reminders.
• AI model providers: generate slogans and artwork from the event description and prompts you write. Don't include sensitive personal information in design prompts.

Each provider receives only what it needs for its job and handles it under its own privacy terms.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

We keep event and order data while your account is active and as needed for records of completed orders. To delete your account or data (yours, or a guest entry you're named in), email info@getgroupmerch.com and we'll handle it promptly, keeping only what the law requires us to retain (like payment records).

GroupMerch isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
