How does a size run work if we don't know exact attendees yet?+
Order what the sign-up list says today as a size breakdown (10 M, 12 L, 8 XL), and top up later if the list grows; no minimums means a re-run of five shirts is a normal order, not a favor. Ordering about two weeks before the retreat leaves room for both.
How does payment work for a church order?+
One payment, one receipt. The coordinator checks out once on the ministry's card and gets an itemized receipt for the finance team: no collecting cash at the welcome table, no reimbursement spreadsheet.
Can we put our church name and the retreat theme on the design?+
Exactly as approved: you preview the artwork with the name, theme, and year before anything prints. The same design carries onto sweatshirts for the bonfire crowd and totes for the ride home.
