Apparel Program

Custom company apparel, from polos to hoodies

One logo file, one order: embroidered polos for client-facing days, quarter-zips for the office, hoodies and tees for everyone: sized per person, no minimums.

Build a wardrobe, not a uniform

Company apparel programs fail when they buy one garment for every context: the trade-show polo doubling as the winter layer doubling as the casual Friday tee. What actually gets worn is a small wardrobe: an embroidered polo for client-facing days, a quarter-zip that lives on the back of the chair from October to April, a hoodie and tee people would wear anyway. Same logo, same colors, different jobs. Because everything here comes from one catalog and one upload, the wardrobe ships as one order instead of four vendor relationships.

Decoration matters as much as the garment. Polos and premium outerwear are embroidered: raised left-chest stitching that survives a hundred washes and reads as professional in a way a printed chest never will. Tees and hoodies print, where soft-hand DTG keeps big art wearable. Both routes take the same logo file; we flag embroidery constraints (six thread colors, no gradients) before you pay, and sleeve or back placements start at $7.99 per item when you want them.

Client-facing to casual

Port Authority polos at $44.99 for the practical tier; Under Armour and adidas when the blank is the message. Quarter-zips, hoodies, and tees complete the range.

Embroidery done honestly

Logos are checked against embroidery limits (≤6 thread colors, no gradients, 0.25" text) before checkout: you confirm any simplification, never discover it in the box.

Per-person sizing

Enter sizes like a roster (8 M, 4 L, 2 XL) or order one polo for one new hire. Same price logic either way, volume tiers at 50/100 units.

Placements beyond the chest

Sleeves, wrists, and backs are real placement options on supported garments, from +$7.99 per item per extra area; a text line in the logo's area is free.

Common questions

Embroidery or printing for company apparel?
Embroidery for polos, quarter-zips, and anything client-facing: it reads as uniform-grade quality. Print for tees, hoodies, and event apparel where art can be bigger and softer. Our catalog defaults each garment to its correct method, so you can't accidentally screen-print a polo.
Is there a minimum order for company apparel?
No. Order one embroidered polo for one new account manager, or two hundred for the whole company. Discounts start at 50 units (5%) and grow at 100 (10%), but nothing is gated behind them.
How do we handle sizes across a whole team?
Checkout takes a size breakdown per product (8 M, 4 L, 2 XL) so a quick size poll is all you need. Save the order as a company store and next season's refresh is an edit, not a re-collection.
Can we mix premium and standard garments in one order?
Yes, and it's the right pattern: UA polos for the sales team, Gildan hoodies for everyone: one cart, one logo file, one shipment, with the volume tier computed across the whole merch subtotal.
